You can recover from our technical support “T-Factory™” and our affiliates, resellers, distributors, and vendors only direct damages up to an amount equal to your service fee for one month. You cannot recover any other damages, including consequential, lost profits, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation, any error, omission, interruption, defect, deletion or delay in operation or transmission which results from the existence or the transmission of such virus, worm, glitch, circumstance, element, occurrence or program, and whether a claim for damage or injury is based on contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory.
In no event shall BASIC Industrial or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Website, including, without limitation, the reservation system, or with the delay or inability to use this Web Site, or with any information, software, products and services obtained through this Web Site or otherwise, arising out of the use of this Website, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory (even if BASIC Industrials or its affiliates have been informed about the potential for such damages).
